Bhushan Pandya is a veteran wildlife photographer of India and a former nominated member of the State Board for Wildlife, Gujarat (2014-2022).

​

During his “Pilgrimage to Nature” for four decades, he has travelled to about thirty protected areas of Africa, Nepal, and India. He has documented eighteen wildlife censuses and has also done the official documentation of Gir National Park, Gir Wildlife Sanctuary, Girnar Wildlife Sanctuary, etc. His photographs and articles have been widely published in books, newspapers, international journals and magazines including BBC Wildlife, BBC Earth, and Sanctuary Asia.

 

As a part of nature education, his work has been showcased through numerous photo exhibitions. He has been a recipient of international and national honours and awards. Bhushan has also been an active part of the documentary filming teams for Animal Planet, BBC/Discovery, and National Geographic TV channels.

 

He has dedicated his life to conservation through the camera.
